Community Involvement
Growing up as a young girl, my family was not wealthy. Yet, my siblings and I were taught about the importance of family, to be thankful for what we had, and to share with those who were less fortunate. Over the years, I have never lost sight of where I came from, and that success must be earned. These values which I learned as a child are an integral part of who I am today.
Having said that, I am very grateful to the members of this community who have supported me in the establishment of my own law practise. To show my appreciation, I believe it is my responsibility to give back by investing in my community. In addition to monetary donations, I am committed to volunteering my time, being actively involved in fund-raising & community events and participating in local projects. Service to my community is a priority.
The following are some examples of my community involvement:
100 Women Who Care Oxford
Are you someone who is interested in giving back to our community but you don't have a lot of time to do volunteer work?
In 2015, I started a new chapter of 100 Women Who Care in Oxford County in order to give back to my community!
What is this Organization?
By pooling our individual donations,
our group has the ability to make a greater financial impact upon many charities in Oxford County.
